This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested.
The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); the solicitation number is W912SV-24-Q-0021. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05.
The Massachusetts Army National Guard (MA ARNG) has a requirement for a desktop publishing printer to be delivered to the Massachusetts Joint Force Headquarters Recruiting and Retention Battalion located on Hanscom Air Force Base.
This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 423420 - Office Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. The small business size standard is 200 Employees. Interested vendors must add the applicable NAICS to their System for Award Management (SAM) Representations and Certifications prior to submitting their quote.
