This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested.
Request for Quote Number W912HZ25QA022 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with intent to award as a single contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334111 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 Employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulation at FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg MS 39180-6199 has a requirement for an Desktop Tower Workstation PC.
The contractor shall provide a desktop workstation PC with powerful central processing units (CPUs) and powerful graphics processing unit (GPU) to the ERDC/GSL located at 3909 Halls Ferry Road in Vicksburg, MS. The solution shall provide sufficient computational power to perform computationally expensive simulations in a feasible amount of time for SvEB Engineers and Scientists.
