This Amendment is entered to extend the time for receipt of offers to March 14 , 2025, at 4PM EST.Section 1.04 (1) is revised to state as follows (1) Offered Space shall be located in either a single tenant stand-alone building, or in a multi-tenant building. VA will consider space located in an existing building as well as a building being constructed for multi-tenant use and not specifically a build-to-suit for VA use only. However, existing space within a single tenant building is preferred.
