The Embassy of the United States in India invites offerors to participate in the subject solicitation process for “Develop/Customize Provident Fund & Superannuation Fund Software” to the American Embassy in New Delhi, India” as per complete requirement specified in the attached scope of work. The services offered shall be 100% compliance to the job listed in the attached scope of work.
The Contractor shall furnish all the information required as in the Solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The solicitation has been launched at American Embassy website and can be downloaded from Embassy & Consulates Contract Solicitations - U.S. Embassy & Consulates in India.
No paper copies will be mailed.

No query will be entertained after crossing given deadline. The answer to the queries will be shared with all the prospective bidders. BID CLOSING DATE: This solicitation closes on 21st August 2025 at 1400 hrs. (Local India Time), which means all bids must be received by this deadline.
