Develop Sign Catalog at Chesapeake Gateways(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number 140P4325Q0093.(III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, August 7, 2025.(IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, under NAICS code, 541430, Graphic Design Services, with a small business size standard of $9.0 million. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services:Develop Sign Catalog at Chesapeake GatewaysThe Government anticipates award of one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order (VI) Description of requirements is as follows:A detailed description can be found in the attached Scope of Work (SOW).(VII) Period of performance is anticipated to begin October 1, 2025 and complete by December 31, 2025.
