Description:
The City of North Kansas City, Missouri (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures and corporations for the purchase and development of any or all of four City-owned parcels in the One North Redevelopment Area, more particularly described below as the “Sites” or a “Site”. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify a developer or developers that propose development of the Site(s) that aligns with the City-s goals of generating sales tax, promoting entertainment and lodging activity in a vibrant, mixed-use district. All respondents shall submit two (2) printed copies of their proposal and one electronic copy in PDF format in a sealed package or envelope marked “ One North Development Proposal.” Responses must be delivered to Crystal Doss, City Clerk, City of North Kansas City, 2010 Howell St., North Kansas City, MO 64116. Proposals must be received no later than Noon (12:00 P.M.) on Monday, August 4, 2025. The complete Request for Proposals, along with the Development Map, NKC Tax Information, NKC Economic Development Incentive Information, One North Development Area, and the NKC MasterPlan can be accessed by going to KC Blueprint. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal or all proposals if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
