- The City of San Marino (\"City\") is requesting Statements of Qualifications/Proposals from qualified consultants for RFQ/RFP Project ID for a Project Title. All submittals are due before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date. The program-s primary goal is to ensure new developments fund the proportionate costs of public facilities that serve growth from that new development. The consultant will conduct a nexus analysis and explore appropriate development impact fees. The study must comply with all applicable laws, including the Mitigation Fee Act (California Government Code Sections 66000 et seq.). In particular, the impact fee nexus study shall comply with all requirements of Government Code Section 66016.5, which includes compliance with the substantive findings of Government Code Section 66001.
