DEVIL'S ELBOW CHIPSEALThe Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office intends to solicit proposals for asphalt patching, crack sealing, and chip sealing. The project will also include striping and the installation of additional appurtenances, such as parking stops and speed humps. These improvements will enhance traffic flow, safety, and the overall functionality of the Devil's Elbow Recreation Site.
