(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation reference number is W50S6S25RA002 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
(2) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, Dated 17 January 2025
(3) This Requirement is being compete other than full and open. The associated NAICS code is 722310 with a $47M size std.
(4) Refer to the attached RFP and supplemental attachments for: List of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.
(5) One site visit is anticipated to be provided. The site visit will be held on 13 May 2025 at 9:00 AM Arizona time. Vendors are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early to gain access to the installation. All vendors that plan to attend the site visit must email the addresses below the following information:

- Drivers license State of Issue
- Last 4 of Social Security number
(6) Any questions must be emailed to the address below no later than 1:00 PM Arizona time, Thursday, 16 May 2025. Responses will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation by 5:00 PM Arizona time on Tuesday, 22 May 2025.
