Description
The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office Hawaii has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, management, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform pickup and disposal of food waste at Government-owned dining facilities located at Schofield Barracks (SB), Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF) and East Range Military Range Military Reservation on Oahu. Services shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations and as stated in the Performance Work Statement.
This is a solicitation for commercial services issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number W912CN-25-Q-0008.
This acquisition is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside.
The RFQ contains line item(s) on a firm-fixed price (FFP) basis. See attached solicitation including all attachments and technical exhibit for instructions and information.
All offers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database as a small business under the NAICS requested and have a CAGE code via SAM at www.sam.gov. Offerors shall be responsible to monitor SAM.gov for any updates and/or subsequent amendments to this solicitation.
