Can the unit be not new? ----No Do you expect a different new unit at the start of each renewal year? ----No, 1 unit acquired immediately then 4 addition units over the 4 option years for a potential total of 5 new forklifts. Is your intention to just use the unit for one-year terms - for 5 years, and have the option to ‘walk-away- & return the unit, and terminate the contract at the end of each year? ----No… Own the units.
