**SF 1449 ATTACHED- exact bid requirements are defined.Note: Every item listed in the SF1449 must be completed and responsive; all items shall be accounted for in the offeror-s proposal for it to be considered or will be considered non-responsive.
Per MCAAP, the material must meet military specification in Accordance With (IAW) MIL-DTL-82886A and MIL-DTL-23443C. The Government shall only consider products available from Approved Vendors.
This procurement is subject to a Qualified Manufacturer List (QML) in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.2 - Qualifications Requirements. Qualified Manufacturer List (QML) for Di (2-Ethylhexyl) Adipate (DOA).
Offerors MUST submit Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Conformance (COC), and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) with their initial quote submission and each delivery order issued after contract award.
Offerors MUST certify in the COA and COC they are providing Di (2-ethylhexyl) Adipate (DOA) from the Approved Vendors/Manufacturers to be eligible for award.
Complete Quote Submission: Initial quote submission MUST be complete and responsive. Failure to submit a complete quote may result in the quote being found non-responsive and not considered.
