PLEASE FILL OUT THE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR THE QUOTE, (RFQ), AND EMAIL THE COMPLETED DOCUMENT BACK IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. THE CLOSING OF THE BUY WILL BE ON (DECEMBER 18,2025 @ 1:00 EST).
