NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCEPage 1 of 1Page 1 of The RPO East/NCO 6 Contracting Office, Hampton, Virginia, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Marathon Medical Corporation as a result of them having an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for B. Braun Dialog Hemodialysis System. The Salem VAMC has an immediate need for B. Braun Dialog Hemodialysis System to perform dialysis treatment for the veteran community. B. Braun Dialog Hemodialysis System the only system that will support Salem Renal needs. Marathon Medical Corporation has a sole source justification that will be utilized for this procurement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). The anticipated award date is 28 November 2022. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 25 November 2022 at 9 am Eastern Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
