Purpose: The purpose of the sources sought is to identify available authorized businesses to provide annual reconditioning and re-certification on 25 Didsbury Pod hoist units in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) from an authorized service center. Interested parties shall refer to the attached draft SOW for a detailed description of the scope of work and requirements. It is anticipated that a multi-year contract award may result from this sources sought, with a potential contract period of a four years.
This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested at this time. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government.
ANTICIPATED NAICS/SIZE STANDARD: This requirement falls under the NAICS Code of 811310- Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5M. However, due to the nature of the requirement, we are identifying small and large businesses with the technical capability of providing annual reconditioning and re-certification of Didsbury Pod hoist units.
SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION: All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice. A responsible potential sources shall have registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
