This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12505B25Q0102 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 324110 (Petroleum Refineries 1,500).
This acquisition is for the following item as identified in the Line Items:
Premium off-road summer-blend diesel (7 deliveries @ approximately 2500-3000 gallons per delivery). Delivery of the summer blend will occur in May, June July, August, September, October, November or until the 19,000 gallons is delivered. Delivery will occur at farms request. Premium off- road winter blend 50% number 1 and 50% number 2 (1 delivery of approximately 2500 gal) To be delivered in the month of December. Delivery will occur at farms request. Can not except full semi load drops.The Contractor shall provide all items F.O.B. destination. Location of the Government site is aboard USDA, in Prairie du Sac, WI and will also be identified in the contract. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. See attached Clauses and Provisions document for the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Department of Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition.
