The Maryland Air National Guard requires roof and deck repair by replacement. The project includes overlaying the existing modified bitumen roofing system with a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system, retrofitting the metal seam roof, replacing roof deck panels, vents, flashing, coping, gutters, and installing new insulation and cover boards. Additionally, the existing wooden deck will be demolished and replaced with a new patio area. The contractor is responsible for providing all tools, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the work, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental, safety, and security regulations. - Documents :
