The Air Force Test Center Operational Contracting Squadron (AFTC/PZIOA) Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a SOLE SOURCE firm-fixed price contract for Dining Maintenance Services to include preventative maintenance, remedial maintenance to include labor/repairs to ITW Food Equipment Group, LLC DBA Hobart Corporation, 155 Harlem Ave., Glenview, Illinois 60025-4075, CAGE Code 28873. The breadth of this contract includes quarterly preventative maintenance visits and remedial, on-call maintenance service on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week. Time shall be no more than 24 hours for normal response for remedial on-call maintenance. This contract will be inclusive of all parts and labor needed and will not be billed on a separate line item. Only the Flight Chief, NCOIC of Production, or the equipment custodian of Nutritional Medicine Flight can determine if it is an emergency (not covered under this contract) or remedial maintenance response.
The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Contract and carried out as a sole source action. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition from this acquisition is 10 Unite States Code (USC) 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). This authority is supported by an approved Single Source Justification/Justification and Approval. The applicable NAICS code is 722310, and the size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $35.5 M.
This requirement will consist of an estimated base period from 1 Apr 2025 - 30 Sep 2025 (6 months) + 2 option years.
Full estimated Period of Performance 1 Apr 2025 -30 Sep 2027:
