This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research and planning purposes.
The Department of State (DoS), Office of Global Acquisition is looking for potential sources that can provide recommendations concerning policy, implementation, program execution, human resources, technical security, administrative management and or allocation of resources in support of the Diplomatic Security Branch. DoS seeks to identify vendors capable of meeting the requirements outlined in the draft Statement of Work (SOW), and desires feedback (comments and/or questions) from industry.
Attached is the draft Diplomatic Courier Support Services (DCSS) SOW, and Contractor Survey Sheet for interested vendor-s review and response. Responses will assist the Government in planning DCSS acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. The Government is not committed to issue a solicitation or award a contract because of this announcement.
The Government is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications, from both small and large businesses. Interested vendor-s that can demonstrate their ability, capability and responsibility to perform the requirements specified in the SOW, are encouraged to provide a capability statement containing the following information:
- Name and address of the company.
- DUNS number and CAGE Code (valid System for Award Management (SAM) is MANDATORY).
-Your company-s place of performance.
- Your company-s designated Point of Contact (name, phone number, and email address).
- Your company-s business size (small or large) (including any socio-economic status, if applicable). If claiming small business status, the information must be verifiable in SAM.
-Describe briefly the capabilities of your company and the nature of services provided. Include a description of your staff composition and management structure.
