The term is Fourteen years exercisable at the sole discretion of the Airport Commission. The Minimum Ground Rent offer is $190,000.00 and the rent is the higher of the Minimum Ground Rent or the following tiered percentage rent: 5% of Gross Revenues achieved up to and including $5,000,000.00; plus 7% of Gross Revenues achieved over $5,000,000.01.
