Manufacturers Providing Pricing Through This Bid Agree To Furnish Goods To All Distributors Awarded A Contract By Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (Ws/Fcs) And Distributors Will In Turn Offer These Goods To Winston-Salem/Forsyth County That Process Commodities Through Noi. A List Of Current Distributors Is Provided Below; However, The Right Is Reserved To Add Additional Distributors As Required. â¢ Gordon Food Service - Kannapolis (2) Usda Commodity Processing Bids From An Offering Entity, (Herein After Referred To As The Manufacturer), And Defined As A Manufacturer That Is An Approved Usda Commodity Food Processor As Verified By A Listing Provided By North Carolina Department Of Agriculture And Consumer Services - Food Distribution Division For The July 1, 2025 Through June 30, 2026 Processing Year. Commodity Processing Awards From This Bid Will Be Used By The School District In Their Procurement Of Further Processed Usda Donated Commodities. Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Reserves The Right To Negotiate Pricing With The Awarded Manufacturer To Supply Additional Further Processed Commodity Products Which May Be Required Or Become Available After The Bid Award.
