Tender are invited for 30-0714 PUBLIC NOTICE RENEWAL AND AMENDMENT NO. 2 OF PUBLIC AIRPORT LEASEON MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN KOKHANOK, ALASKABY THE MUNICIPAL LANDS TRUSTEEIn accordance with AS 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190-410 - .460, the Municipal Lands Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, as trustee for the future city in Kokhanok, Alaska, approves the renewal and amendment of the Public Airport Lease issued to the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.This renewal and amendment of the Public Airport Lease dated May 5, 2005, as amended, will update the legal description to include all airport property located municipal trust lands, combining two separate lease agreements under one lease. It waives the fair market value requirement pursuant to 3 AAC 190.460(1) as the airport serves a public purpose. It also updates the notice section with current contract information.
