Tender are invited for PUBLIC NOTICEREGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND INKOKHANOK, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LANDS TRUSTEEIn accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.460(1) the Municipal Lands Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, approved the issuance of a 30-year land lease to the Kokhanok Village Council for a proposed solar energy facility on the following described parcel of Municipal Trust Land:The surface estate located within Section 32, Township 8 South, Range 32 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska, being situated within the unsurveyed remainder of Lot 1 of Plat 92-02, Iliamna Recording District, Alaska, containing 4.5 acres more or less, and more particularly described in Appendix A.The Kokhanok Village Council, the recognized appropriate village entity for the Native Village of Kokhanok, adopted a resolution approving the granting of the land lease and the waiver of the fair market value requirement on November 20, 2025.
