Tender are invited for PUBLIC NOTICELAND LEASE FOR PUBLIC CEMETERYON MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN MANLEY HOT SPRINGS, ALASKABY THE MUNICIPAL LAND TRUSTEEIn accordance with AS 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190-410 - .460, the Municipal Lands Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, as trustee for the future city in Manley Hot Springs, Alaska, approves the proposed 55-year Land Lease for Public Cemetery to be issued to Manley Hot Springs Community Association.The leasehold for the existing cemetery and proposed cemetery expansion consists of the surface estate of Tract 3 of Plat 2005-2 and Lot 24 of Tract C of U.S. Survey 3441, Manley Hot Springs Recording District. This notice is being posted and published in accordance with the requirements of 3 AAC 190.420 and .910.
