NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Hybrid T&M and Firm Fixed Price contract to DIT-MCO International Corp, 5612 Brighton Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64130, CAGE 19362. The ordering period of this contract will include one base year plus two option years. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to DITMCO International Corp, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. The 2023 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $34,000,000 and the product code is J052 - Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Measuring Tools. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N2-25-R-0018 will be released on or about 8 April 2025, with a closing date on or about 29 April 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov on or about 8 April 2025. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
