This is a BRAND NAME ONLY solicitation. Only the manufacturer/brand and models of equipment specified will be accepted. Substitute brands/models will not be accepted unless authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply a Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) system for use by the district Dive Team, an integrated SONAR system with Dive helmet mounted display, accessories, manuals, and on-site training.
The Contractor shall deliver the following:
1 EA - Outlander Tech ROV - 1500 - NTSC 1 EA - ROV Cable Reel ASM, RL-1000 1 EA - Two Function Manipulator, MP-100 1 EA - MP-101 Accessory Mount 1 EA - Trident Jaws, DWG 01-0044 REV B3, MPH-101 1 EA - Small Interlocking Jaws, MPH-102 1 EA - Large Interlocking Jaws, MPH-103 1 EA - Manipulator Cutter, MPH-104 1 EA - Search and Rescue Large Interlocking Jaws, MPH-105 2 EA - Universal Mount, UM-100 1 EA - Wire Brush Plus Mount - UWG-100-2 1 EA - TRITECH Gemini 1200ik DIVE 1 EA - TRITECH DMD Tethered System 1 EA - TRITECH Kirby Morgan DMD Mounting Kit 1 EA - Water Linked DVL A50 1 EA - Water Linked DVL A50 Mount and Integration, DVM-100-1I 2 EA - Operation and Maintenance Manual (Paper Copy) 1 EA - Operation and Maintenance Manual (Electronic) Minimum 16 HR - On Site TrainingAll of the above shall be delivered FOB(D) to the Mississippi River Project Office at Fountain City, Wisconsin within 12 weeks of Contract Award. Please DO NOT charge separately for packaging/freight.
Training shall take place over at least two days at one of the locations listed in the SOW.
All items shall be covered by a minimum one-year warranty on all parts, labor, and workmanship from factory defects.
