- The purpose of this Request for Information is to gauge 8A contract holders' potential interest in this requirement and potential capability of providing experienced and/or certified instructors for the technical and specialized curriculum taught at Government and contractor facilities or educational institutions to help fulfill the mission goals described in the attached DRAFT performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 29 August 2025 for a potential Task Order with USACE-HNC.
