The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), seeks to procure Medical Second Opinion and Examination Services (SECOPs) in support of the Federal Employees- Compensation Act (FECA) program. These services are intended for claimants located within the United States, its Possessions, Territories, and Trust Territories.
The contractor shall provide board-certified, licensed physicians in various medical specialties to perform impartial medical second opinion evaluations, referee medical examinations, and related administrative services.
