DLA Energy is issuing the pre-solicitation synopsis for the biennial Deep Freeze Program solicitation SPE602-25-R-0710 which provides fuel to McMurdo Station, Antarctica. The ordering period is Date of Award through January 31, 2026, with a 30-day carryover period. The 30-day carryover period allows for delivery orders to be placed prior to the end of the ordering period. This procurement is for one delivery. The mode is FOB origin, and the method of delivery is tanker. One contract will be awarded so all offerors must provide all products.
