DLA Energy is issuing solicitation SPE602-25-R-0710 for the biennial Deep Freeze Program which provides fuel to McMurdo Station, Antarctica. The ordering period is date of award to January 31, 2026. The period of performance is December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026 plus a 30 day carry-over period to ensure delivery of orders submitted at the end of the odering period. This procurement is for one delivery FOB Origin and mode of delivery is Tanker. One contract will be awarded and all offerors must provide all products.
