Description:The WESTPAC Purchase Program covers the annual bulk petroleum requirements for the Western Pacific and Middle East Regions (F76, JA1 both neat and with additives, and JP5). Delivery modes will be by tanker, shallow draft tanker, barge, tanker truck, railcar, and pipeline. FOB Destination Tanker offers will not be accepted. These requirements may increase during the delivery period and be met by supplemental solicitations tied to this procurement. Details of the requirements for this procurement are as follows:

Delivery Period:
Under Purchase Program 1.1a, 1.1c, and 1.1h, the delivery period is from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, plus a 30-day carry-over period. The 30-day carry-over period allows for delivery of orders placed prior to the end of the ordering period.
