Description:
The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 161 National Stock Numbers (NSNs), listed within the applicable synopsis attachment. In addition to these NSNs, the scope of this contract includes all DLA-managed, consumable NSNs for which Raytheon Technologies is the only approved source of supply. These requirements will continue to support multiple weapon system programs including, but not limited to B-1B BOMBER, AIRCRAFT, TOMCAT F-14, P-3 ORION, WASP CLASS LHD, AIRCRAFT, PHANTOM F-4, SUB ACOUSTIC SONAR SYS, MISSILE, PATRIOT, LAUNCHER, F-22 RAPTOR AIR DOMINANCE FIGHTER.
This Add-On #1 will continue to support the scope of this Corporate Consumables Contract for the remaining 5 years, 4 months of the Firm-Fixed-Price contract, with two price redetermination periods.
Specifications cannot be provided by DLA Weapons Support. Hard copies are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available.
Solicitation SPE7MX20R0130 - Other than Full & Open Competition IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
The Government is using the polices contained in FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation for the described supplies.
