- BASE PRICE Price for the entire work, described as follows: Structural related repairs for buildings DDCN-00147 and DDCN-00148
Bays A, B, C and D consisting of Column, Beam and Truss Assembly replacement, as well as Timber Structure Component component replacements and repairs; Roof system replacement and accoicated repairs for building DDCN-00148 on Bays A, B, C and D; and Exterior Wall Repairs for buildings DDCN-00147 and DDCN-00148, but excluding work described in Contract Line Item (CLIN)0002, and CLIN 0003. Option 01 Price for entire the work, described as follows: Structural related repairs for building Bay E of DDCN-00148 consisting of Column and Truss Assembly replacement, as well as Timber Structure Component component replacements and repairs; and Roof system replacement and accoicated repairs for Bay E of building DDCN-00148, but excluding work described in Contract Line Item CLIN0001 and CLIN 0003. Option 02 Price for entire the work, described as follows: Structural related repairs for building Bay F of DDCN-00148 consisting of Column and Truss Assembly replacement, as well as Timber Structure Component component replacements and repairs; and Roof system replacement and accoicated repairs for Bay F of building DDCN-00148,but excluding work described in Contract Line Item CLIN0001 and CLIN 0002.
