Description
The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) requires an assortment of technical training for its Federal employees to enhance their professional capabilities, increase their efficiencies and enable them to apply the knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques of industry to meet mission objectives.
The Contractor shall provide the personnel, management, materials and resources necessary to deliver comprehensive technical training for DMDC Federal employees via virtual environment.

Award will be made to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer, at a price that the Government has determined to be fair and reasonable. Technical acceptability will be based on an Offeror's ability to meet the requirements of the SOW/PWS and delivery schedule. The Technical Acceptability Standards are outlined below:

Acceptable- Quote clearly meets minimum requirements of this RFQ.
Unacceptable- Quote does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of this RFQ.
Please provide a complete quote including: Company Information/POC, CAGE Code, DUNS numbers, Tax Identification (TIN), and Business size. Please insure your company is currently registered in SAM.gov. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed nonresponsive and will not be evaluated.
