Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Dam Neck Activity (DNA) has a requirement for a Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) in order to provide support services to achieve the acceptable levels of requirements for management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure installation/support, and environmental and quality controls, to accomplish simultaneous maintenance, sustainment, repair, and minor construction projects. In addition to standard maintenance, sustainment, repair, and minor construction.
This acquisition is a 60-month IDIQ/MAC that will release task orders as required by Dam Neck Activity (DNA) and will be awarded on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis. The Government intends to make an award to each and all qualifying Offerors. The acquisition ceiling for all orders issued under all contracts as part of the IDIQ/MAC is $21,850,615.89.
This requirement is a Direct 8(a) Set-Aside for Small Business competition. It is not a direct follow-on to any current effort. The effort is pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(A)) and the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)/Small Vusiness Administration (SBA) Memorandum of Understanding for streamlined 8(a) contracting, and in accordance with FAR 19.8.
