DNA sequence of PCR products. This will be done using Sanger Sequencing. Typically the PCR products are gel purified and mixed with the appropriate sequencing primer. This is called a “premix” preparation by most companies. We generally send in 96-well plates of premix for sequencing.• Must be able to sequence with 96-well plate format as well as single tube.• Must have free drop-box on UF campus with free courier service.• Must have 24 hr turnaround time.• Require pricing of approx. $6/base (or less) for tubes and $4/base (or less) for plates. - Documents:
