THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. If portal system problems arise, contact the SWIFT vendor helpline at 651-201-8100 option 1. The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to procure dashboard service of anonymous location data (ALD) for mobile device users within the polygons of at least 35 Minnesota lakes. The Contractor(s) must be able to provide anonymous location data (ALD) for mobile device users within the polygons of at least 35 Minnesota lakes for a pilot study for an order at a contracted rate to the location and specifications listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS.
