Description:
PURPOSE: To establish a Contract for catering services with a State of Minnesota licensed caterer for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The State anticipates hosting multiple events throughout the year with approximately 20 - 400 attendees. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of attendees and pricing must remain firm throughout the contract period. Catering services shall include, but is not limited to, breakfast, morning break, lunch, afternoon break, and dinner, days of the week and times will be established for each event. All catering services will take place at Camp Ripley, 15000 Highway 115, Little Falls, MN 56345. Contract Term. The Contract Term will be from February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2026 Submitting Questions. The deadline for submitting questions is January 9, 2025. Questions must be submitted in writing to Staci Stoerzinger at staci.stoerzinger@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date will be responded to via an addendum. Responders needing help with registration and/or assistance with navigating the SWIFT System may contact the Vendor Assistance Helpdesk at: 651-201-8100, Option #1, then Option #1 again. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of meals. Prices submitted in response are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate.
