END OF ADDENDUM 1 ****The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish a contract for the 2025 DNR All- Staff Event. The number of attendees is an estimate only. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of lodging rooms or meals. Prices submitted in response are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate.Limitations on geographic location: must be within 30-mile radius of MN DNR Office - Sauk Rapids, 1035 S Benton Drive, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379; or MN DNR Office - Brainerd, 1601 Minnesota Drive, Brainerd, MN 56401. The required dates are Monday, December 8, 2025 through Thursday, December 11, 2025** If these dates are unavailable and would result in your organization not responding to this Solicitation, you are encouraged to submit an e-mail to Kristi Anton expressing this concern during the question/answer period.
