Description:
The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to purchase fire suppression system upfits (parts and labor) for quantity of six (6) All Track AT-20HD machine. Installation will be at a DNR location in Grand Rapids, MN. Specification for upfits is listed in attached contract.Supplier (vendor) must register as an official supplier with the State of Minnesota in order to bid on this event. All responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal. No email or fax responses will be accepted. If portal system problems arise, contact the help desk at (651) 201-8100, option 1 and option 1 again.Please be aware that there are attachments to this event that the supplier/vendor needs to print and fill out and reattach. The supplier/vendor is responsible to comply with all requests for information that may be required to be submitted for this event.DNR will be the determining factor if supplier/vendor meets specifications.All questions must be directed to the buyer listed on this event and by the timeframe that is listed.DNR will issue only one purchase order per supplier/vendor. Payment will be made when items/services have been fully received by the DNR. No partial payments will be made unless already agreed upon by both the DNR and the supplier/vendor.
