Description:
All responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal. No e-mail or faxed responses will be accepted. If portal system problems arise, contact the SWIFT vendor helpline at 651-201-8100 option 1. Purpose. The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to procure single occupancy lodging for up to 65 attendees within the month of June 2025 within Cloquet Minnesota per the specifications stated within attached pdf SAMPLE contract in section Exhibit C and Exhibit C Supplement 1. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible to review and comply with all requests that may be required in this event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions must be directed to the buyer listed on this event. DNR will only issue one purchase order per vendor. Payment will be made after all services have been received and approved. No partial payments
