THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.The State of Minnesota Dept. of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking to secure lodging for September 9, 10, 11, 2025 (checking out September 12, 2025), for a training event at William O'Brien State Park. The DNR intends to procure single occupancy lodging for up to 30 attendees for 3 nights, within 30 miles of 16821 O'Brien Trail North, Marine on St. Croix, MN 55047. The Contractor(s) must be able to provide these items at a contracted rate to the location(s) listed in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract document, Exhibit C also has all of the specifications. The State reserves the right to use any bid that may result from this Solicitation.SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to Denise Katchmark at denise.katchmark@state.mn.us no later than Aug. 13, 2025, 2:00 PM CT.
