- 2026-097 Big Marine Lake North PWA - Parking Lot Mill and Overlaynear Marine on St. Croix in Washington County.The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for a full surface mill and overlay of approximately 33,900 square feet, removal of the existing 2” of bituminous and aggregate base to a 3-1/2” depth, and repaving with 2” of bituminous base and 1-1/2” bituminous wear of MN DOT spec asphalt rolled to a smooth finish.
