- 2026-021 Deer River Area South Roads ResurfacingItasca County near MarcellThe Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide, load, haul, and spread an estimated 5,075 cubic yards (LV) of Class 5 aggregate material and 60 cubic yards (LV) of Select Granular material; Provide, load, haul and install 150 cubic yards of 4-8” rock and replace one State supplied 12”x32- culvert on the Burnt Shanty/Lost Moose Forest Road system. Provide, load, haul, and spread 1,100 cubic yards (LV) on the Grave Lake Forest Road and 1,700 cubic yards (LV) on the Little Long Lake Forest Road. This project is located in Itasca County South of Marcell. After rock installation, culvert installation, graveling and compaction, the entire 5.8-mile project length is to be graded. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal. No e-mail or faxed responses will be accepted.
