NOTE: THE EVENT HAS BEEN AMENDED BY ADDENDUM #1 (VERSION 2) VENDOR MUST RESPOND TO THE LATEST VERSION START AND END DATES OF CONTRACT HAVE BEEN CHANGED IN THE BID SPECS AND THE NUMBER OF DAYS FOR THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 158 DAYS. 2024-713 Flandrau State Park Goat Grazing 2024 The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for prescribed rotational goat grazing on 45.3 acres in Flandrau State Park in Brown County to reduce the density of woody shrubs and invasive garlic mustard in oak savanna and oak woodland terrace forest communities. The primary vegetation targeted for removal includes buckthorn, garlic mustard, dames rocket, as well as prickly ash, honeysuckle and raspberries. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal. No e-mail or faxed responses will be accepted. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
