The bid opening time has not changed (2:00 pm).2026-279 Tilson Bay Rainy Lake Bituminous Removal & ReplacementThe Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, mobilization, fuel, lubricants, materials including bituminous and aggregate, tools, transportation, disposal, incidentals, and all else necessary to remove the existing bituminous and replace with approximately 6,500 square feet (sq ft) of new Contractor-provided materials at the Tilson Bay Public Water Access (PWA) as specified.For a site visit, please contact the Project Supervisor, Chris Suihkonen, at 218-248-0606.All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal.
