1. SITE VISIT: 09 September 2025, 9:00 AM CDT at B1003, Offutt AFB, NE. Interested offerors that currently don't have access to the installation shall submit a completed NCIC Screening & Pass Request to both SSgt Patrick Pinault (patrick.pinault@us.af.mil) and SSgt Victor Mendoza (victor.mendoza.4@us.af.mil) not later than 2 September 2025, 4:00 PM CDT.
*LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.*
2. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to both SSgt Patrick Pinault and SSgt Victor Mendoza not later than 12 September 2025, 4:00 PM CDT. Answers will be provided by the government as soon as available.
3. The North American Indsutry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. The size standard is $45,000,000.
4. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 236220.
5. The disclosure of the magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(f).
6. Bid opening (announcement of bids) will be conducted via teleconference the next business day immediately following the bid submission deadline. Attendance is not mandatory.
7. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Lack of SAM registration will render an offeror ineligible for award.
8. Offerors shall acknowledge each solicitation amendment issued indiviedually with their bid submission. Failure to acknowledge individual amendments, or blanket acknowledgements (i.e. "we acknowledge all amendments") will render an offeror ineligible to receive award. - Documents:
