The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15, a single Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Spangdahlem Student Special Needs (SPED) Transportation Services, DoDEA-Europe West District.
