Description:
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a single or multiple Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to the Offeror-s proposal that represents the best value to the Government. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15, utilizing the Best Value Tradeoff approach as outlined in FAR Subpart 15.101-1. In addition, any potential awardee will need to be deemed responsible in accordance with requirements of FAR Part 9. Services are required for Lakenheath Student Transportation Services, DoDEA-Europe West District. Services will be for a 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods.
DoDEA anticipates posting the solicitation on https://sam.gov in January 2024.
