The American Embassy Zagreb hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: DOJ OPDAT Conference & Lodging Package - November 2025 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

The solicitation may result in the award of firm fixed price contract.

Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to the addresses ZagrebBids@state.gov and MazorT@state.gov, not later than October 22, 2025 using the solicitation name “, U.S. Embassy - DOJ OPDATE CONFERENCE & LODGING PACKAGE - November 2025 Dubrovnik, Croatia” in the subject line.
